Double belt press
Examples of products typically made using a double belt press are
engineered stone, fibre-reinforced thermoplastics (FRTP, GMT), artificial
marble (solid surface) and metal/plastic composite materials.
The double belt press combines the advantages of the steel belt with
modern processing technologies. Depending on specific requirements,
products are heated or cooled from both sides in pressure zones.
Depending on the moulding pressure required, either roller or slip table
systems may be used.
